It doesn’t matter how many times a person says it. The phrase “God is good” gets more powerful and meaningful each time a person truly says this and is able to find a reason to say it. Not that there isn’t a million reasons why a person shouldn’t say this, but to feel God’s presence surrounding them, and Him working in their lives is a true blessing. I personally thank God for even the most miniscule matter, however when you see, or even better, feel God creating a miracle in your life, you come to realize that “God is good” is a complete understatement. The word “good” is such an earthly description, for those who lend you a pen when in need, or those who are simply good people. God in the other hand, is high and Almighty, therefore “good” does not even come close to describing such a loving and selfless God.
No, I am not proving a point that we shouldn’t say that He is good. Because He obviously is. But next time you feel that God is not guiding you, or working in ways which you personally do not desire, remember that He has a plan and is working in ways which, He, does not only think, but know that it is the best for you, and the best is yet to come.
That’s all I have for tonight, sorry if I abruptly cut it, and maybe didn’t even make a point. Hopefully did in one way or another. Just had to let it out=)
